Do it for the Vine

Heyyyyy peeps. Soooo this week has been pretty sick not gonna lie! But before that my mom came up CLUTCH with the questions.

-My area has been the same since the volcano erupted.... havent noticed much of a difference actually hahaha
-Bruno is good. We havent been able to visit him this week :(
-I am feeling good about my spanish now... pretty fun. :)
-I am STOKED for Mothers Day. It is going to be SUPER sick.
-Miraclessss this week....... YES. Actually kinda a cool story.
So we were walking around ALL day and all of our appointments fell through. everyone just had to decide to leave..... but sick. So we decided to start knocking on doors to finish out the day. At like 7:30 we decide to talk to a couple people that had just gotten out of their car (probably from work or something) and they just immediately told us to come inside! So we went inside and they are a family of 3 and they are freaking married which is awesome! We talked alot about the church and how everything works and what we share with everyone! We are going to pass by for them again this week to see how they are progressing. Pretty cool experience!:)
-I am nottttt using my sleeping bag yet because it is hotter than Satans armpit. But hopefully soon i will have to. :)

So this week was pretty cool like I said. :) We saw a lot of mini miracles and people that are awesome. A couple cool things that have happened this week are:

-We had a BBQ at the house of a lady that got baptized on Saturday. She got baptized Saturday and so to celebrate she invited all 10 missionaries to her house for a BBQ. It was soooooo good and kinda fun to eat with everybody and talk about the gospel.

-Another thing that is cool is thanks to my brudda Elder McLaws I have a TON of hymns on my USB drive. They are hymns but like.... super cool hahaha its hard to explain but I will show them to the fam when I get home in like 3 years. :)

But YEAH! Before I go, i just want to share a couple words that I know are true! I know that Jesus Christ lives. He is our Savior and Redeemer. There is NO other way to make it back to our Heavenly Father  besides through Jesus Christ. Something that I have learned in the mission, is when you dont have the spirit or cant feel it... just start testifying of Christ and the spirit will return real quick.

Love you all!

Families are Eternal Killa

Wasssssssup slayas! Today I have some AWESOME questions to answer from my amazing mom.

-This last week has been really good. Really busy but really cool and fun! We had a bunch of mini-miracles this week that were really cool to see!
-I went to Pomeire with Elder McLaws, Cannon, and Arriagada, not Niquet.
-We are going to use Skype. It wouldnt hurt to send the information again just in case.
-Do I have daily habits that bring me closer to the savior. Yes, hahahah lots. Pray every morning, and night, and a LOT in between the two. Another one that has helped me a TON, is reading the Book of Mormon, Preach my Gospel, and Our Heritage daily. I learn sooooo much every day and it strenghtens my testimony!:)
-The branch in Calera de Tango has been in the process of being made for the last 8 months, and now it is finally formed and everything is sick over there!
-We have found a lot of new investigators this week, and i am going to share an experience about one of them at the end of this email.
-At church here in Melipilla, I dont have to do anything because this branch is SO freaking awesome. So I can just listen!
-This saturday we are going to a widows home (who has 5 kids) and we are going to ask permission to clean out all of her backyard! Thought that would be something awesome to do!:)

Okay! So this week was pretty chill, a lot the same! (which is freaking awesome dont get me wrong). Something cool that we did this week was we all went to Talagante (the missionaries of Talagante and Melipilla) and contacted people in the town square during a little Expo that the church put on. While I was there we contacted a TON of amazing people. I also came in contact with a man that got baptized in Calera de Tango while I was there and he is getting married to a lady this Friday! Then they are getting sealed in 1 year from now so I am for sure going to that when it happens! SO COOL. Another little cool act of service that me and my buddy Elder Parker (lives with us) did is we woke up an hour earlier than usual and made a HUGE american type breakfast for our companions (from Peru and Mexico). We made them Pancakes, bacon, eggs, with syrup butter and all the fixings! We all enjoyed eating some good american food this last week for a morning!

Spiritual moment!
Okay so something that happened this week was SO SICK! So, I was on divisions with another Elder (Elder Richards) and we were contacting in our sector to find someone new that could get baptized (#BapSquad). And so we knock on this door across the street from some active members and an 18 year old lets us in. We are talking to him and getting to know him and he tells us that his mom passed away 3 months ago and he is taking care of his paralyzed father and cousins alone. It was so humbling to hear and see all this. So, we start to teach him about the Plan of Happiness... the spirit was SO strong. It was almost tangible. And during the middle of the lesson this young man stops us and asks, ¨Its possible? An eternal family? I can see my mom again?¨ Talk about the spirit standing up and punching me right in the face. It was one of the coolest lessons I have ever had in my mission. So pray for Bruno (thats the kids name).

I loveeeeeeee you all. Be safe everyone and stay SWAGGY!

Building Zion Slayers

Alright look killas. You know that I have almost 9 months in the mission when I dont have questions to answer this week... the fam is starting to forget hahahah just kiddin calm down mom. But seriously there arent any questions.
SO, I am going to hop right in to it. FIRST, this week has been pretty freaking awesome! We pretty much just went ham in the paint killas. this week me and my companion Elder Niquet have been working really hard. And we have seen a TON of miracles this week. For example, Saturday we didnt have a lesson planned so we decided to go to this ghetto part of our sector to contact. We contacted this house and a man invites us into his house without hesitation. We find out that about 3 years ago there had been missionaries in their house teaching them. They ALMOST got baptized, but they never did because they werent (arent) married. But as we found them Saturday, we put a baptismal date with them for May. Their son also is listening to us! Its amazing. They came with us to church on Sunday and loved it. SO awesome. So that was one of the many miracles we saw this week.
Another miracle that happened this week was we had a meeting as a Stake, where all the leaders of the wards got together  and guess who I saw? One of the converts from Calera de Tango! He had a calling to be a leader in the Calera de Tango Branch. Yes, you heard that too, Calera de Tango is a BRANCH now! SO cool. So that was some cool news and miracles!
Well, just wanted to express my love for each and every one of you and bear my testimony that Christ lives and he is my savior. He loves us and will NEVER leave us behind. Always find his love, and together we can overcome challenges.

Pday today was SICK wrecking in soccer
